Arkwright Scholarship

Well done to Charlotte B (Fifth Form) who has been awarded an Arkwright Scholarship, recognising her commitment and excellence in Design Technology.

For over thirty years, Arkwright Engineering Scholarships have been awarded to a handful of hardworking 16 to 18-year-olds, aiming to nurture future leaders in engineering, computing, and technical design through a two-year programme.

Charlotte writes, "The application process was a challenging yet rewarding experience that gave me the chance to explore my interest in engineering in more depth. I am grateful to have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the field, and I’m looking forward to making the most of the support that comes with the scholarship in the future."
